Test Run: Wilton Farm, Kingsbridge

Wilton Farm is an eco friendly, working farm, set in the Devon Hills, with views across Salcombe harbour. It’s a back to basics campsite, ideal for a quick 1 or 2 night stopover before heading further along the coast. If you enjoy luxury, this campsite probably isn’t for you – with candle lit compost toilets and eco showers. And the men’s ‘urinals’ just consist of a fenced off hedge. But it is however, a perfect campsite for the start of an adventure, with easy access to nature trails and the creek leading to the Kingsbridge estuary.
